It was definitely bittersweet when our son finally left First Milestones Academy. Meena and her team took care of him from 3 months until 2 yrs. We were beyond pleased with the quality of care. The staff are nurturing and attentive and Meena is incredibly professional and responsive. The team was also very accommodating when we had special situations and worked with us on an optimal solution. More importantly, we had the piece of mind knowing our son was well cared for, loved and well fed. Cannot recommend this place enough!
We started our daughter at My baby steps academy when she was about 10 weeks old. I had checked out a few other in-home day cares in the area but this was definitely the cleanest, best staffed, most flexible one. My husband's schedule is not always the same every day so our pickup/drop off times varied a bit and they were able to work with us. The development we have seen in our daughter has been amazing! We felt very comfortable that she was getting lots of personal attention and the best care there. She also was hardly ever sick from something picked up at daycare - this home is very clean! Our daughter is now transitioning to preschool and she is very well prepared thanks in part to her care received here. We hope there will be space available for any future siblings!!

As working parents we have learned the importance of knowing our children are being well cared for while we are away. Every day starts out with a huge smile and hugs from Mina as we walk in the door. The day continues with singing, stories, nature walks, and indoor/outdoor playtime. My sons favorite part of the day is playing in the beautiful yard and swinging on the swings. As my sons have grown up they have transitioned into participating in the preschool activities including art, numbers and letters. They are so proud of the art they bring home and enjoy showing off their counting, singing, and dancing skills, which they practice at school. The facility is located in a beautiful neighborhood and it is very spacious. The environment is loving, very clean, delicious food and enriching teaching programs. They have low children to teacher ratio. The days at My Baby Steps Academy are filled with laughter, learning, and love. They are always at capacity and hard to get in but I highly recommend the wait if you can as it is worth it. I just can't say enough about how AWESOME the staff at My Baby Steps is. My daughter (12months old) absolutely loves to spend time there and that is what gives me piece of mind. Additionally, Mina is terrific. She has always treated my daughter and me with special attention and every time that it was possible accommodated our needs. I don't feel like I am dropping my baby with someone that will simply do her job, but rather with someone that will genuinely care for her. I LOVE YOU GUYS!

My daughter has been at My Baby Steps Academy for the past 8 months, since she was 10 months old. When I went to tour I was struck by how much space the children had available to them, both inside and out. Mina and her staff are friendly and welcoming every day. It makes it a bit easier to drop my daughter off when she goes in with a smile and quick wave, excited to get breakfast and time with her friends. She and I have both been thrilled with her care there. We have had to adjust her schedule over our time at My Baby Steps. I am so appreciative of how Mina has been flexible about making it work for my daughter's ongoing success. She definitely has the children's best interests at heart!

Mina has been absolutely amazing with our daughter who is now 2 years old. She is excited to jump into her arms each morning and that is a very reassuring feeling as a parent to know that your child is happy and stimulated even in your absence. She has learned so much and comes home saying a new word almost every day. They have many activities scheduled every day during the summer they have assigned water days and participate in many arts/crafts. The daycare is very clean, spacious and organized. The playground space is fenced and with many swings and slides for the kids. Their hot and nutritious meals get prepared daily. This daycare is unique in sense that it is at home daycare yet she has many assistants and someone assigned that prepares their meals. You can't find that in a home daycare. We are very pleased and we have referred many friends and family and will continue to do so. We highly recommend My baby Steps Academy to anyone looking for a secure and loving care.

We absolutely LOVE My Baby Steps Academy and couldn't be happier with the high quality of childcare they provide to our kids on a daily basis. They came highly recommended by a friend at work and they managed to exceed all our expectations. We have been with MBSA for over five years now. Each morning our kids are greeted with smiles & welcoming hugs, and each evening sent home with a new art project or special treat, & memories of a fun filled day. They look forward to spending time with Ms. Mina and the rest of the teachers as well as all the other children. In my professional experience, the care standards exceed those of "franchise" daycare. We had visited over a dozen franchises (centers) and home daycares and none of them comes close to the level of professionalism and the personal attention that my children are getting. My Baby Steps keeps small teacher to kid ratios which I have not seen with other schools during my tours. Mina is very particular and pays attention to smallest details when it comes to my children. Every day when we walk in at pick up time you can smell the cleanliness of the school and the organization they have in place. I HIGHLY recommend MBSA to anyone seeking quality care in a warm, loving home environment yet getting the professional care from the team. I believe this not just business for Mina and team but passion and you rarely find people that holds such higher standard of care.
